Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2025

This policy is provided in English for convenience. The Spanish version prevails in the event of any discrepancy. This website is governed by Spanish and EU data protection law (GDPR and LOPDGDD).

1. Data controller

  • Legal name: P&V DESPACHO INTEGRAL SL (trade name: GCT1 Grupo Consultor)
  • Tax ID (CIF): B72849722
  • Address: Calle Utiel 18, 03203 Elche (Alicante), Spain
  • Email: consultor@gct1.es
  • Phone: +34 966 61 32 96
  • Data Protection Officer: GCT1 Grupo Consultor does not have a designated Data Protection Officer. For any queries regarding the processing of your personal data or to exercise your rights, please contact us at consultor@gct1.es.

2. Purposes and legal basis

  • Handling enquiries: managing information requests received via the contact form or by email. Legal basis: legitimate interest and consent (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.f GDPR).
  • Providing professional services: managing the contractual relationship with clients. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Legal obligations: retaining documentation as required by Spanish tax, commercial and labour law. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
  • Commercial communications: sending regulatory updates or service information, only with prior consent. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

3. Data collected

We collect only the data necessary for each purpose: name, company, phone, email, area of interest and the message you write in the form. We do not collect special category data unless legally required or with explicit consent.

Alongside your request we record technical information about the origin of the visit (UTM campaign parameters and the domain you arrived from), which does not by itself identify you and is used solely to know which channel the enquiry came from. Your IP address is used transiently and exclusively to rate-limit automated form submissions; it is neither stored nor included in the notification the firm receives.

4. Retention periods

Data is retained for as long as necessary for the stated purpose and for the legally required periods. Data from enquiries that do not lead to a contractual relationship will be deleted 12 months after the last contact.

Where a request does lead to a contractual relationship, the data is then retained in accordance with the legal periods applicable to that relationship (including, among others, those set out in Spanish tax legislation and the Commercial Code), without prejudice to the right to erasure for anything not subject to a legal retention obligation.

5. Recipients

Data will not be shared with third parties except where legally required. GCT1 Grupo Consultor uses service providers acting as data processors, with whom the corresponding data processing agreements have been signed:

  • Vercel Inc. — hosting of the Website and execution of the function that processes the consultation request form.
  • Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) — delivery of the email notification to the firm containing your request.

These providers process the data solely on our instructions and for the provision of the contracted service.

6. International transfers

Email delivery is carried out through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), a provider established in France that hosts data on servers located in the European Union. Hosting of the Website and execution of the function that processes the form are provided by Vercel Inc., an entity established in the United States, which means the processing involves an international transfer of data outside the European Economic Area.

That transfer relies on the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR — in particular the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission — as established in the data processing agreement signed with the provider. You may request further information about these safeguards by writing to consultor@gct1.es.

7. Your rights

You may exercise the following rights at any time by contacting us at consultor@gct1.es:

  • Access: know what personal data we process.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: request deletion of your data.
  • Objection: object to processing on personal grounds.
  • Restriction: restrict processing in certain circumstances.
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time without retrospective effect.

If you believe your data is not being processed in accordance with applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD).

8. Cookies

For information on our use of cookies, see our Cookies Policy.

9. Security

GCT1 Grupo Consultor implements the technical and organisational measures necessary to ensure the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access.

10. Changes to this policy

GCT1 Grupo Consultor reserves the right to update this policy to reflect legislative or legal changes. Significant changes will be notified via the website in advance.
