Monthly Bookkeeping
Accurate, up-to-date records so your business always knows where it stands financially.
What is it?
Monthly bookkeeping is the systematic recording and classification of every financial transaction your business makes — purchases, sales, payments, receipts, bank charges, and payroll entries — on a rolling, month-by-month basis. When your books are closed promptly each month you always have a truthful snapshot of your cash position, your outstanding debts, and your profitability.
At GCT1 we handle the complete bookkeeping cycle for your company: we collect your invoices and bank statements, code each entry to the correct account under the Spanish General Chart of Accounts (Plan General Contable), reconcile your bank balances, and deliver a clean, reconciled ledger before the next VAT or corporate-tax filing deadline arrives.
Working with businesses across Elche, Alicante province, and the wider Comunitat Valenciana since 1995, our team of 15 professionals has developed efficient document-collection workflows — digital or paper — that minimise the time you spend on administration so you can focus on running your business.
